DCF / STATE INTERVENTION CASES
I have been litigating and defending parent’s rights against DCF since 1999. I have regularly represented children and parents in State Intervention Cases. These are cases where the Department of Children and Families (DCF) has taken custody of children. These case are very difficult and because of their nature these cases are closed to the public and can result in the termination of parental rights.
